• All fees are payable in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or in the designated currency

6.2 Taxes and Charges

Applicable taxes, VAT or other government charges may be the responsibility of the user.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered according to the type of service.

Refunds are generally not applicable in the following cases:

• After work is completed
• After downloading the digital product
• After delivery of custom design or custom software
• If the project is canceled due to the user

8. Intellectual Property

The user may also terminate the service at any time but will be required to pay the applicable fees for work already completed.
